A gorgeous sunrise starts another beautiful day at the lavender fields at Young Living’s farm in Mona, Utah.

It’s important to understand that not all essential oils are equal. For example, comparing the color, aroma and even viscosity of lavender between two or more brands will yield different results. So what makes one essential oil “better” than another? It’s not as complicated as you might think to discern a high quality oil from an imposter. It just takes some research.

Research? Yes. Do your homework about the companies that manufacture the oils. Like us, you’ll quickly discover that there’s really only ONE solution. Young Living Essential Oils.

The kind of research and findings I’m referring to aren’t necessarily in lab reports. They’re in the field. Literally in the field.

You Can Visit Young Living's Farms!

Young Living owns a variety of essential oil farms around the world. Young Living even has opportunities for its members to attend planting and harvesting events at their U.S. farms, like Whispering Springs Farm in Mona, Utah. In 2014, Beth and I were able to visit this farm during the Grand Convention – as did thousands of other YL members. We were able to walk in fields of clary sage, lavender and even Einkorn wheat. We were allowed in to the onsite distilleries. What other essential oil company offers this kind of access? We were able to see the type of equipment used, learn how only the best plants are used to plant new fields and learn how only all-natural forms of pest control are used. In the summer months, members are invited to help harvest lavender at this beautiful farm.

When you visit a Young Living farm, you see the dedication and hard work that it takes to produce the highest quality essential oils on the market. The workers are friendly and devoted to the company’s Seed to Seal® philosophy of sustainability and stewardship.

We recommend that you speak to YL distributors who have seen the farms and have spoken to the company’s leaders. Of course they’re fans. Of course they’re loyal. That’s what GREAT companies create:  raving fans who can’t contain their excitement and commitment to the company. It’s genuine.

Finally, there are countless testimonials to the credibility and quality of Young Living Essential Oils. 2015 marks the 21st year in the history of the company. Young Living has millions of enthusiastic and loyal users with countless stories of how essential oils changed their life. For years, Young Living’s mission has been summed in just three words:  Wellness. Purpose. And Abundance.
